Our Founders Story
In 2024, Hanna and Simon saw the same problem from different angles: friends, family, and companies losing time and talent because of outdated work permit processes. So they teamed up to fix it, starting by manually helping a Swiss startup hire a non-EU candidate. That one case revealed how broken the process really is: lots of paperwork, unclear guidelines and lots of edge cases. Today, we’re a growing startup working with leading Swiss immigration firms, and driven by a shared mission to make global hiring faster, fairer, and more accessible.
